Your tools

These terms cover CaseForge’s public writing and formatting tools, website and hosted workspace services. Free use does not authorize a payment, start a paid trial, or create a debt. Prices displayed for unavailable plans are not completed purchases.

Your work

You retain your rights in the material you provide. Use only documents you are authorized to process. Keep the originals and review the separate outputs before using them. CaseForge does not independently decide to file or serve documents. You remain responsible for authorizing and confirming filing, delivery and service.

BluBoo formats supported citation typography; it does not verify sources or whether an authority remains good law. Filing Factory formats your source into separate Word and PDF copies. Its general layout does not guarantee compliance with every Court’s requirements.

Writing Voices

Writing Voices lets you choose a voice and adjust settings. Voice application through CaseForge is currently unavailable. Any writing produced by a separate AI assistant is governed by that provider’s terms. CaseForge does not supply legal facts or authority through voice selection or guarantee an exact imitation.

Advanced access and payment

When purchasing is available, checkout must show the included tools, allowance, reset period, total price and billing schedule before payment. An undefined allowance cannot be purchased. CaseForge does not automatically charge overages or convert free use into a paid plan.

Live checkout is currently unavailable. If paid access becomes available, the offer will state its price, included features, usage allowance and renewal terms before you choose to buy. AI provider subscription and usage charges remain separate.

Stripe processes payments. A purchase is complete only after payment is verified. A sandbox checkout uses test payments and grants no production access. Canceling a monthly subscription stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless refunded. A lifetime purchase has no monthly renewal.

For an incorrect charge, access problem, cancellation or refund request, use the postal contact details on the Contact page. These terms do not remove refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.

Review before use

CaseForge is not a law firm. These tools do not provide legal advice, representation, an attorney-client relationship, or a guarantee of Court acceptance. You control substance, accuracy, deadlines, filing and service. Free beta features may change or become unavailable.

Fair use and changes

Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with others, bypass access limits, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend abusive use. Material changes to paid access or renewal terms will be disclosed before they apply; a website update alone does not authorize a new charge. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain intact.
